When payment has been authorised, you will receive an e-mail confirmation from WorldPay plc. Also, you will receive a confirmation e-mail from us containing your reference code relating to your order. Please quote your ref. code when contacting us.

Once your payment has been confirmed and processed your eFABE/s will be sent to you by UK Standard Delivery.

All prices quoted are including Postage and Packing.

If you would prefer to pay by credit card over the phone, please contact us and we will call you to take your credit card details over the phone (Please provide your land-line telephone number, we can not accept payment over the phone from mobile numbers.). (available to UK residents)

Refunds
